A return form will be provided via email. This form must be printed and included in the package being returned.

When returning an item for a full refund, the item must be in its original condition, with provided return authorization form, and within 90 days of the purchase date.

If a product arrives damaged or defective or has failed within the 3 year warranty, please make note of this in your initial return inquiry.

Refunds may be reduced or denied if the item has been used or installed

Customers are subject to a partial refund or restocking fee if items are damaged, missing or not in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

You will be reimbursed for shipping costs only if HDI Marine made a shipping error or if the product was defective when shipped from HDI Marine’s Fulfillment Center.

Please allow 1-3 days for refund to be processed.
